How to order on AutoVEI E-Shop:
1. Log in to https://my.autovei.com with your username.
2. Click on your VEI device
3. Scroll down until you see 'Available licenses for purchase'
4. Next to your wanted product (license/cable/tokens/subscription) click 'Add to Cart'
5. Add products one-by-one.
6. After you have added all your wanted items, go to 'My Cart'.
9. If it's your 1st order, you will be asked to fill out your Billing / Shipping Address.
You could not Confirm your order without real billing address.
Please check your Company VAT number also. (EU customers)
If you will use PayPal payment, Billing information must be the same as on PayPal account.
10. One more time review order details: added products, billing / shipping addresses.
11. Confirm your order. After Confirmation you can not change anything.
12. After Confirmation you will receive an email with Proforma Invoice and will be able to make the online payment.
13. If you choose Bank transfer, please inform us about your completed payment.
If you choose VISA/Master Card or PayPal payment, we will Process your order automatically.
14. You will be informed about Completed order anywhere between: 1 minute - 24 hours.
